EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

Exchange & Return Policy

At Shoppee Hub, we strive to ensure you receive high-quality products. Please review our exchange guidelines below:

1. Defective or Incorrect Items

We offer a complimentary exchange if your product is delivered in a defective condition or if the incorrect item was sent.

Mandatory Requirement: An unboxing video is required to process claims for defects or shipping errors.

2. Size Exchanges

If you experience a sizing issue, please follow these steps:

Notification: Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 8830633407 within 2 days of delivery.

Shipping: For size-related exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our provided address at their own expense.

Processing: The replacement product will be dispatched only after we have received and inspected the original item.

3. Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product shows signs of wear or if any components are missing.

4. No-Return Policy

Please note that we operate a Strict No-Return/No-Refund Policy.

If your required size is unavailable for exchange, you must select an alternative product of equal value within 2 days of notifying us.
